How do I play?
Tap or drag to line up the planet at the top of the screen, then release to drop it. When two
planets of the same type touch, they merge into the next planet up. Keep merging to reach the
Sun. If the stack rises above the dashed line, the round ends.
What is the NEXT planet?
A preview of the planet you'll get after the current one, so you can plan a drop ahead.
What are Puzzles?
A separate quiz mode with questions about the real planets, independent of your merge score.
How do I remove ads?
Open Settings from the home screen and choose Remove Ads.
It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it removes the banner and full-screen ads
permanently.
I bought Remove Ads but the ads are back.
This normally happens after reinstalling or switching to a new device. Open
Settings and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you're
signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you originally purchased with. The
purchase is tied to that account, so restoring under a different one won't find it.
I was charged but nothing unlocked.
Try Restore Purchases first. If that doesn't work, email us with the date of
purchase and we'll help sort it out. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google rather than by
us — for the App Store use reportaproblem.apple.com,
and for Google Play use your Play Store order history.
Can I still watch a rewarded ad after removing ads?
Yes. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch one, but you'll never be
shown one automatically.
An ad won't load, or the screen is blank where the ad should be.
Ads need a working internet connection, and they occasionally fail to fill. The game stays
fully playable either way — if a rewarded ad won't load, wait a moment and try again.
My high score disappeared.
Scores and settings are stored only on your device, so deleting the app clears them. They
aren't backed up to us or synced between devices.
There's no sound.
Check that your device isn't muted or in silent mode, and that sound and music are enabled in
Planet Merger's own Settings screen.
The game feels slow or stutters.
Closing other running apps usually helps, since the physics simulation is the most demanding
part of the game.
